We use both Illustrator and Corel draw here which are the two main programmes people create artwork in.
If a customer sends over an artwork we are usually able to create a digital mock-up of their artwork on the item that they want to be printed so that they can see what it will look like and that if it is the correct size on what they want to be printed.
We do not charge for this as it ensures that what we print is what the customer expected and saves any problems down the line.
Within reason, we can also change artworks if required and can generate a new artwork if you can not supply it in the required format at cost.
